Accessibility statement
Kundituria Nur serves everyone. We want people with disabilities to be able to use this site and to be served in the shop, and we work on both.
1. Website accessibility
This site was built to Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines, under Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. The work was done in the code of the site itself, not through an automatic accessibility overlay.
What was done on the site
- A correct heading hierarchy on every page
- Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator
- Alternative text on every meaningful image
- Colour contrast that meets the standard
- A skip link straight to the main content
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content
- The system setting for reduced motion is respected
- The carousel works with buttons and arrow keys, not only by dragging
- Every form field has a visible label
- The site is built in Hebrew, Arabic and English with the correct language and text direction set
2. Accessibility at the shop
The shop is on Nafna Street in Kfar Kama. These are the arrangements at the site:
- Entrance
- Level with the pavement, no step.
- Accessible parking
- There is no dedicated accessible parking bay by the shop.
- Moving inside the shop
- A wheelchair can move around inside the shop.
- Accessible toilet
- There is no accessible toilet at the shop.
- Service and help
- We are glad to bring an order out to the car and to help in any other way. Ask in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
- Service animal
- Entry with a service animal is permitted.
3. What is not fully accessible, and the alternatives
The pictures on this site are product photographs with a short written description. You can get a full description of any item by phone or WhatsApp. Ordering runs through WhatsApp, and anyone who finds that difficult is welcome to call and we will take the order together. If you find another part of the site that is not accessible, tell us and we will fix it.
